1. Long-term goal v. short-term goal. What do I want to accomplish? I want to permanently quit smoking for better health and huge savings; so I can come into full-circle with my life’s purpose. Keeping and maintaining a beautiful and light energy.
2. Dig a little deeper. What is causing me to smoke? How do I feel when I light up that cigarette? I used to blame it on stress; not anymore, because I choose not to stress out. I felt that lighter when I lit that cigarette. Then, I realized that if I breathed very slowly to get rid of any stress—it might just work. So, the next time I was stressed out, I inhaled (w/out the cigarette) and exhaled as if I was blowing smoking—By golly, it worked. Aha—I need to breathe w/out the smoke to let go! LOL!!!
I have also incorporated my Angel Reiki, which I perform on myself 2-3 times a week to clear away any lower energy that my smoking might attract. Please send plenty of love & compassion my way. Till next week, I bid you all love, light & blessings.
