In everyone's journey, we've learned so much that there are times we feel that perhaps it has all become complicated. Go back to basics - YOU are the reason it has become complicated, so un-complicate it. Reorganize your thoughts and take one step at a time like you did when you first started instead of untangling the web of convoluted meditations, affirmations, etc. etc. Then, we find it at times, that we start to go back to old habits and think to ourselves "am I doing this right?" or "am I even on the right path?" We start to overthink...then you feel it is so easy to fall back into old habits - at that moment, as hard as it may be, that's the time to focus all of that erratic energy into something creative.
For me, it is focusing on today's blog and concentrating such energy into channeling the right messages for all of us. So without further ado, here's this week's message and our confirmation. Enjoy!

So there you have it! I felt wayyyyyy better after channeling this message - of the late, it's been a struggle and I know life can only get better. Hell, I've survived worst and I'm still here!
So my dears, if you feel stumped on your journey - START with the very basic element of your journey, whether it is an affirmation, a prayer (no prayer is ever too long or too short) or sitting in silence; start over with something. Something is always better than nothing.
