This week's reading

Happy Monday and Blessings to you one and all! I hope you all had a splendid weekend just as much as I had - family time and quiet time all in one weekend makes for a healing Diva like myself.

So this week, I am using the Saints and Angels cards by Doreen Virtue for this week's 4-card reading in a Diamond Spread. The Diamond Spread is specifically used for specific questions. This week's specific question I was guided to ask was "What do the Angels want you to know about your career, your life's purpose?"

The cards in the Diamond Spread are represented as follows:  1) Theme of the reading; 2) Block/issue; 3) Advice to heal the block/issue; and 4) the Future. It sounds much like the general reading but this spread is used for specific questions.

Also, there is a bonus card (to the right of the diamond spread); a bonus card or cards is a card which jumps out of the deck while pulling the cards for the reading. This is not an accident - this card was meant to jump out as further confirmation.

Also included, which is my added touch is a 1-card prayer from the Archangel Michael Oracle cards by Doreen Virtue - this is how I finish my client readings and per Archangel Michael's prescription, the prayer on the card is to be recited 7 days straight either in the morning or at night.

Card 1 represents the "Theme." In this case it is the theme of your life's purpose/career.

Message from the Angels:  "Dear one, when was the last time you had quiet time to yourself - you are doing more than enough in your selected profession. We understand how much you love and enjoy your work, however, rest is just as essential to your life's purpose as hard work. Please spend time out in nature as much as you can, let the healing power of the sun light rejuvenate you; and let the evening moon bathe you in its powerful light as well to help keep that balance of masculine and feminine energy. Take time for yourself, walk for 5-10 minutes a day to allow the constant energy flow into your life. Take care of you now without hesitation."

Card 2 represents the "Block/issue" in your life's purpose/career.

Message from St. Francis of Assissi:  "It seems that you have not been surrounding yourself with nature - it has been quite a long time. Spending time with animals is quite therapeutic as well, they absorb your energy while expending it through play. You might have been stump on some of your own business ideas because you have been overly working and thinking too hard about ways to improve your business, your career that you lost sight of the reason why you went into your chosen profession in the first place. Spend time, more time in nature and more time with animals - the energy flow will circulate again and the ideas will flow again when you least expect it, when you are at rest and communing with nature."

Card 3 represents the "Advice to heal the block/issue related to your life's purpose."

Message from the Angels:  "Practice makes perfect, indeed! The more you practice playing, as much as working - the more balance you will have in your life and your ideas, seeds of thoughts are limitless. You have mastered the key of consistency and hard work however, how about incorporating consistent play in your daily life? That is correct, Work and play go hand in hand and they create balance in your life. When there is balance in your life - you never run out of ideas, solutions and love!"

Card 4 represents the "Future" of your life's purpose/career.

Message from St. Joan of Arc:  "You are a born leader, everyone flocks to you for advice and you just so happen to know the answer because of your inner wisdom from your past lives. You are intelligent and you were placed on this earth to lead in your chosen profession. People follow your example, you inspire them, stay focused always through hard work and yes, even play. Even I, as I crusaded with my message, found time to breathe in nature and it helped me stay focused. Just as there are sacrifices and hard work - there is always time for laughter. So let your light (no pun intended) and laughter fill the world with joy and inspiration."

Bonus Card represents "further confirmation." In this case, it is the thought that has been replaying in your head regarding your life's purpose/career.

Message from the Angels:  "Yes, you are correct and supported on that new project to further enhance your skill set and improve your profession. However, vacation - even a pamper day is in the works and is long overdue. Please take action in self-care immediately. Pamper yourself without hesitation - if you need anything (money, time) to make this pamper day or vacation happen - call on God immediately and let the solution come to you."

Here is Archangel Michael's prayer to be recited for the next 7 days.

Prayer and message from Archangel Michael:  "Please journal or continue your art of release through painting, writing or exercise and recite the following prayer for the next 7 days before you retire for the evening:

'Thank you for helping me tap into my God-given creativity and wisdom so I clearly express myself and glean insight, blessing and healing.'"
