I hope you had a wonderful and refreshing weekend. I did, I actually took time and spent my weekend days and evenings outdoors and it was exactly what I needed. By this morning, I was ready to tackle what ever the yesterday sent my way. I can't express it enough, as we get older we forget to step outside our bubble (building) to release old energy and renew our own energy. It is a necessity for adults as well as children. I highly recommend, weather permitting of course, that you go out and spend as much time outdoors just to be outdoors. No need to do something active, you can sit there in silent and I guarantee that your brain and body will thank you for it.
