I know fall is but a few days away (Saturday, September 22), I'm already excited because I love the cold weather. I can't believe I'm saying this but if you were to ask my younger self, say 20 years ago, my favorite season then was Summer. Then, adulthood happened and menopause did too, every night (for a lack of a better phrase) I'm in heat - I'm not talking about sexual arousal either, like heat hot, like my body is a heater and I'm always hot. I sleep with the windows open and my fan on to cool down. I'm going to keep it real with y'all and this may be too much information but I am going through the aging process just like any one "my age." Enough of my woman issues and let's jump right in, shall we?
