From my family to yours - we wish you all the love, abundance and peace you can have AND MORE! Continue to be grateful for what you have, hug your loved ones daily and tell them you love them and most of all, take care of yourself.
I have so much to be thankful for this year and I can truly say that I made great use of my time in 2015. As 2015 comes to a close, let's take the good in our hearts and incorporate them into our daily practices; and learn from the bad. Learn that you are a lot stronger than you think and you have survived worst situations in the past and you are here today. That alone being alive to tell your tale of struggles and overcoming obstacles is a miracle in itself. Realize that you aren't the same person daily because if you are anything like, you strived to be a better person than you were yesterday.
