Thrive cleanse is my new drug. I've never done a juice cleanse prior to Thrive cleanse and now that I've done it, I must say--I'M HOOKED! As part of my health regimen, I will definitely add "cleansing" as my quarterly routine. I love and endorse it. If you can't afford Thrive--I am sure that a Google-search can provide you with plenty of recipes out there to do your own juice cleanses.
Advantages of juice cleanse:
1. Cleansing and detoxing of your mind, body & soul;
2. Fully-restored energy;
3. Your skin glows and your mind is clear; and
4. YOU FEEL GREAT ALL OVER!!!
Disadvantages of juice cleanse:
1. Your poor body is getting rid of your long-stored fat and junk (oh how can you part with the fat?);
2. Your need to let go of sad, fearful thoughts (How can you part with that?! Are you kidding me?!);
3. Release of Negativity (Can you really let go of it?!);
4. Hmmm, I seriously can't think of anything else that is to your "disadvantage".
