So last weekend, I completed my Angel Reiki III, Master Teacher Certification, which was a super huge deal and huge step for me. I seriously thought I wasn't ready for this level of Angel Reiki but Spirit directed me and while my head was saying no, my fingers were typing a message to Ms. Diana Dorell letting her know to "count me in." Honestly, after I hit the send button, I thought to myself, "What the fuck did I just get myself into?" At the time, I had just committed myself into something I have no idea whether I was ready for it or not. I was furious and upset with myself and Spirit. I pushed Spirit aside for the weeks leading up to my class. All the while I kept hearing a little voice within saying "Be gentle with yourself. You are just fine." I brushed that message aside and thought "yeah, whatever."
So the day of the Reiki class had arrived and I was excited that I was going to see old and possibly new faces. I had the butterflies in my tummy and on the drive to class, I asked Archangel Michael to vacuum me and for God to send His angels to be with me. As soon as I arrived at Angel Light Books, I saw my lovely teacher and fellow student there - I was relieved to finally see my beautiful friends/co-creators. Immediately, Ms. Dorell had put us at ease with her story and we were each able to share our stories of insecurities, fears and doubts. We were also reassured that any emotions might surface if needed as this was part of the process. We would grow and make room for new energy. We then released those negative energies to the Universe. So cutting through the chase, we got to the portion of the class where we learned the mantra for Quan Yin. Quan Yin, is the equivalent of Mother Mary - she is OUR mother who nurtures us, reassures us and reminds us to "be gentle with yourself." We closed our eyes, positioned our hands as directed and repeated the mantra. As I was repeating the mantra, Quan Yin wrapped her loving arms around me, cradling me like a child, reassuring me that "You are find and please be gentle with yourself." As I opened my eyes, a tear came down my face and a feeling of peace came over as I shared with the class what had just happened during the mantra. I even tried to hold back my tears but I couldn't, I let them flow.
Then, I received my final attunements and I immediately felt the shift of energy and the shift of just about everything in my life. Images and sounds became more clear. When I speak of images and sounds, I am referring to my clairaudience (hearing tunnel which channels the messages from the Angelic and Spirit Realms); and clairvoyance of my 3rd eye, which I receive the pictures like a scene from a movie as a channel into the future. I felt that when I received my attunement, a huge block of energy which I manifested and placed within me and outside of me were released. I knew the attunement released it because that Sunday night I went to bed and I dreamt of being free and light-hearted as ever as I walked through my virtual airport ready to arrive at my next destination. I can see clearly now the path before and I am finally surrendering to Spirit. Shoot, I find it easier to surrender to Spirit more than ever.
See, even when we think we're not ready, God ("The Universe") knows we are ready. When we do things we are not quite sure why we are doing them, no matter - God knows why we are directed to do them for He directed us and our Soul knew to take action. The Universe takes care of these details for us, so we won't have to worry about it, WE JUST NEED TO SHOW UP. So SHOW UP and let The Universe guide you to your treasure. Grow in learning, grow in love.
