For example, if you must eat richly, drink plenty of water and take frequent walks. If you must drink richly, please add more vegetables and fruits to your diet, drink plenty of water and sleep as necessary. Do not fight your sleep. Heed your body's call for rest. Treat your body with the same love, care and sensitivity as you would a baby or a small animal."
