I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I had a relaxing 3-day weekend. It was long overdue and I was able to rest and recharge from last week's aftermath of emotions. Last week's emotional climate of the world hit me all at once and I was drained! No matter how much I protected and grounded myself, sleep was needed to recharge my batteries. I am going to go ahead and jump right into our 3-card reading for this week.
Your 3-card general reading for this week was brought to you by Doreen Virtue's Saints and Angels Oracle Cards.
Card 1 represents the "past." The past is represented by Emotions - St. Dymphna Message from St. Dymphna: "Now is the time to focus your energy and power into your beliefs and pursue them relentlessly. There is no time than the present to act upon by standing with your earth brothers and sisters in order to accomplish a better world. You already know what to do. Whether you set out to protest and stand up for what you believe in or volunteering in order to make this world a better place. Be that person you want to see in others. Remember that your time is precious and very much appreciated by all. Change starts with you. This is the calm before the storm. However, you have survived far much worst than this - you will continue to survive and thrive and become stronger than ever. Take your knowledge, your gifts and share them with the world - that's what you're here for; that's what your purpose is in life. March onward." St. Dymphna died young - she was killed by her father because she stood up to him. She rejected his advances and was killed for it. She is the patron saint of mental health workers and is great in invoking for resolving emotional issues. |
Card 2 represents the "present." The present is represented by Practice Makes Perfect - Guardian Angel. Message from your guardian angel: "Trust that, despite the social climate of the world right now and venturing into the unknown, there is a silver lining in this dark cloud. Things are as they should be and God will see to it that the truth prevail amongst this chaos. Remember that it is people's actions that lead to consequences and also remember that God has given all of Her children the gift of free will. Free will comes with a price - people act upon such free will and need to realize that their actions matter. Be that voice of reason and bring to light the truth. Spread the truth and your beliefs but be careful not to force it upon others. Please be respectful of your brothers and sisters even when their opinions differ from yours. That's part of the human experience and that's what makes everyone individuals and unique from each other. Practice indeed makes perfect - you are and will be heard." |
Card 3 represents the "future." The future is represented by Forgiveness - St. Mary Magdalene. Message from St. Mary Magdalene: "People underestimated me and my power of forgiveness. Forgiveness is not for the people who wronged you - it is for your own peace of mind. When you hold onto anger, grudges and hate - this is a negative power that will consume and drain your energy and change you for the worst. Continue to be the person you want to be and remember that others' opinions of you are exactly that. Value yourself and rise above the negative talk, keep doing what you are doing to bring you peace and continue to pray for yourself and others that all will be resolved. Let go and let God, then be open to receiving the abundant flow of forgiveness to wash away all the grime and negativity from any and all stuck energies built up over the years. Let it all go to God - you are deserving of peace and happiness. Make that decision now, love yourself and forgive. You will feel much better, lighter and brighter. Life has so much more to offer you. You are loved, appreciated and supported." St. Mary Magdalene was a strong feminist of her time. She was outspoken and believed that women were equal to men in a time when women were only looked at as objects. |
Have a great week, my love! Till next time, I bid you love, light and compassion.
